ABOUT LISTING YOUR INFORMATION 

Thank you for your interest in the BIM Expert Directory.  For more about the story behind the directory, please go to ‘Model’.

This project is about helping as many people as possible get work while the industry recovers from Covid 19.  This is why the directory is free to use while we generate interest with clients.  If all goes well and we find there is a healthy demand for BIM Experts on a freelance basis, we will develop the solution further. 

HOW THE DIRECTORY WORKS 

The directory is designed for ease of use by clients and experts.  It is very flexible. 

Your details are listed in full – or anonymously.  The choice is yours. 

Clients can search the directory free of charge and contact you directly to discuss details or, if your listing is anonymous, we manage the introduction. 

Clients can employ and pay you directly or use our payroll services if preferred. 

PRE-CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY INTO THE DIRECTORY 

This directory will be exclusive.  To underline your credibility and give clients re-assurance about the quality of the experts, we qualify all the listings in advance.  Therefore, we have two pre-conditions for entry: 

1: You are a BIM expert; 

2: At least 2 referees are happy to recommend you and have their recommendation added to your listing for clients to see. 

Temporarily there is a 3rd – you are UK based and eligible to work in the UK. 

ADDING YOUR DETAILS TO THE DIRECTORY 

There are 3 simple steps… 

Step 1: Complete the information template (download below) and send back to us.  See hints and tips on creating a good profile (download below). 

Step 2: We contact referees and when we have their comments, add them to your profile and upload your listing. 

Step 3: You review your details on the website and confirm you are happy for us to make your listing ‘live’. 

Note: We can remove your listing at any time if you want us to do so.
